Valentina and Wendzhe: 2 models, 2 bridal dresses photo shoot

Hi, beautiful women!

Today I wanted to share with you some photos from this beautiful photo shoot in Rome that I participated in last October. It was organised by My Chic Wedding in villa Appia Antica, a wonderful villa in Rome. The dresses were made by an amazing designer of Haute Couture, Jamal Taslaq→; handmade hair accessories were made-by Tatiana Batko.

I created different looks for the models considering the type of their dresses.

Valentina’s bridal dress photo shoot

The blonde model Valentina’s first dress was very romantic; she had a flower crown, so I curled her long hair in soft curls, giving some volume to the top to fix well the crown. For her first makeup I enhanced her beautiful green eyes by pinkish-taupe shades from Naked and Kat von D palette adding black eyeliner and false eyelashes for a more dramatic effect; for the lips I used Mac’s nude-pink lipstick, for the skin I went for a clean and healthy skin using Giorgio Armani Lasting Silk foundation.

For her second look, as the dress was a bit of “Great Gatsby” style, I did a soft updo for her hair and decorated it with a beautiful hair accessory. For her make up I chose a darker shade of her lipstick, using Mac’s Sin shade which is of dark cherry-bordeaux colour.

Wendzhe bridal dress photo shoot

For my second model, the beautiful Chinese model Wendzhe, I wanted to create fresh and radiant skin as she has an amazing fair colour: so I used Lancome’s Teint Miracle foundation, added some pinkish-peachy cream blush by Mac and used shimmery pinkish shades from Naked palette of Urban Decay for her eyes. On the lips I used Mac’s long lasting lip paint and add some lip balm on top. For the hair I chose a soft half updo, as her hair is long and beautiful: it suited the dress perfectly!

For her second look, I did her hair up with some soft hair that went out of the hairstyle for a messy and natural effect, and darkened her lips with dark red lipstick by Mac.
